The Niche Educator Program provides a comprehensive framework for leading instructor education. You’ll learn how to guide students, lead training sessions, support developing instructors, and create an educational experience rooted in clarity, confidence, and connection.

Our Educator Program is designed to balance depth with flexibility so you can develop confidence leading instructor training without overwhelming your current teaching schedule. Niche Educators are known for clarity, intentionality, and a human-centered approach to mentorship.

1. Enroll and Complete Your Online Preparation
Once you register for the Educator Program, you’ll receive access to the online Foundations, Mat and Reformer Instructor Training courses. These modules introduce or refresh the Niche Method, curriculum and student experience, ensuring you are prepared for meaningful participation in the live educator training.

2. Attend Four Live Virtual Training Days
The Educator Program includes four live virtual training days designed to prepare you to confidently deliver Niche Instructor Training. You will explore the Niche Method, Pilates principles, cueing formula, class flow, inclusive language, progressions, modifications, and effective instructional strategies, followed by in-depth reviews of the training agendas and in-person course flow.

3. Prepare to Mentor and Assess Future Instructors
Throughout the program, you will learn how to lead in-person days, facilitate discussions, teach training material and support students throughout their certification journey. You will also review post-training educator responsibilities, including the Niche Apprentice Program, instructor mentorship, Growth Check Forms, marketing resources, and follow-up processes.

4. Complete Your Teaching Evaluation
Before receiving approval to host an in-person Niche Instructor Training, you must successfully complete a live virtual teaching evaluation. During this evaluation, you will teach a class to a student and demonstrate your ability to embody the Niche Method, teaching standards, and instructional approach.

5. Submit and Launch Your Training Dates
After completing your teaching evaluation, you may submit proposed Instructor Training dates for approval. Once approved and payment is received, your training will be confirmed by our Education team. You will continue to have access to the Niche Education Team for mentorship, guidance, and support as you prepare to lead your cohorts.

6. Maintain Your Educator Approval
To maintain consistency and stay current on curriculum updates, teaching methods, and program expectations, certified Niche Educators are required to complete an annual class review and feedback session with the Niche Education Team.
