Lauren first discovered Pilates through online classes in 2022, but it was at Niche that she developed a deeper understanding of form and technique. Drawn to the knowledgeable instructors and welcoming environment, she quickly found a place where she could grow in her practice and feel part of a community. Lauren began supporting Niche’s marketing and social media in December 2025 and became a full-time team member in August 2026.

Through her work, Lauren helps share the people, experiences, and connections that make Niche special. Mat classes are her favorite way to move, and she loves continuing to learn from the instructors who helped shape her practice. Above all, she values being part of a team that makes her feel at home. The same welcoming atmosphere that first drew her to Niche is now one of her favorite parts of coming to work each day.
