Tower/Cadillac Instructor Training & Certification
Welcome
Graduate with the skills to teach Pilates anywhere
Rooted in Niche’s philosophy of supporting movement through every stage of life, our Tower/Cadillac Instructor Training is designed to help you build confidence, clarity, and practical teaching skills. This course is centered on one of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment and gives you the tools to teach with intention across a wide range of client needs.
This is an especially unique program because it includes our Foundations curriculum, allowing students to begin their Pilates instructor journey with Tower/Cadillac. Traditionally, Pilates training follows the sequence of Mat → Reformer → Apparatus, but this program reimagines that path and offers a different starting point for aspiring instructors.
The Tower/Cadillac Instructor Training offers a comprehensive, anatomy-based curriculum designed to strengthen your technical knowledge and teaching skills. You’ll learn how to cue with clarity, build intentional class progressions, and support a wide range of clients through both group and private sessions. The program is designed to help you teach with confidence, precision, and adaptability.
Niche Instructor Training is designed to balance depth and flexibility so you can develop your teaching skills without overwhelming your schedule. NIT graduates are known for clarity, adaptability, and a human-centered teaching style.
